Ask us to tell you what we have collected and sold, correct it, or delete it. You can also opt out or limit use of sensitive information.

How it works

1. Fill in the form below, or email hello@optypeptides.com.
2. We email you a link to confirm it is you. Nothing happens until you click it.
3. We respond within 45 days of your request. If we need more time, we tell you why. One extension of up to 45 more days is allowed.
4. If we deny your request or only partly complete it, you can appeal. Our response explains how.

Please do not put health information in the form. We will ask for anything we need to find your record. If you use OptyPeptides through a clinic, we may refer your request to the clinic that holds your record. Records a clinic must keep as part of your medical record may have to be kept.

Appeal a decision

If we denied your request or only partly completed it, tell us why you disagree. Use the reference number from our email, which starts with PR-. We respond within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, you can contact your state attorney general.
