One platform for peptide and hormone therapy practices

OptyPeptides is a clinical management platform built for peptide and hormone therapy practices. Clinicians build protocols, patients log their doses and check-ins in a white-label iOS and Android app, and the care team sees adherence, outcomes and trends in one admin portal.

AI-generated summaries turn that data into something a clinician can act on between visits. It is designed to support HIPAA-compliant use and is built by OptiSelf LLC.

What we're tackling

Care guided by evidence, not guesswork

Peptide therapy is recurring, protocol-driven care: multi-week dosing schedules, follow-up labs and patient-reported results. Generic EMRs and scheduling tools weren't built for that model, so clinicians often lack a clear picture of how patients are doing between visits.

Our goal is to make that care safe, personalized and measurable, and to help the whole field move forward on real-world data.

With nearly 20 years of experience in clinical research, specializing in data and project management, Amir Moghaddam has built his career around the power of data to improve health outcomes.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a personal passion for health optimization and longevity, Amir co-founded OptyPeptides to bring the power of clinical-grade data and technology directly into the hands of clinicians and individuals. He believes the future of healthcare is proactive, personalized, and data driven - empowering people to make informed decisions and achieve better outcomes.

Outside of work, Amir values time with his children & wife. He also enjoys Brazilian jiu jitsu, golf, and boating on Lake Austin.

Andrew Munoz is a product design and technology leader with nearly two decades of experience turning complex ideas into intuitive, meaningful digital experiences. Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams, shaped product strategy, and helped bring innovative software solutions to life, with a focus on making technology more human, accessible, and impactful.

As co-founder of OptyPeptides, Andrew brings his expertise in user experience and product innovation to the evolving world of personalized healthcare. His passion for health, wellness, and longevity fuels his commitment to building technology that bridges the gap between clinical insights and everyday health management. He sees an opportunity to transform how providers and patients connect, track progress, and make smarter decisions about their health.

When he's not designing or building something new, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, staying active, and getting out on Lake Austin.
